Gold ore dressing equipment is a special mechanical combination used to extract gold from gold ore, mainly including crushing, grinding, grading, flotation and other equipment. Its process is designed for different types of vein gold ore, placer gold ore, etc., and minerals are separated through processes such as crushing, grinding, gravity separation and flotation. About 80% of gold selection plants use flotation.

The core equipment includes jaw crusher, ball mill, classifier, chute and flotation machine, etc. Among them, jaw crusher is widely used in the coarse crushing of ore due to its simple structure and convenient maintenance. Gravity separation uses the difference in mineral density, and commonly used equipment includes chute, shaking table, etc.; cyanidation method extracts gold through leaching, washing and other processes. The combination of centrifuge and shaking table can efficiently recover gold, and low-grade oxidized ore can be treated by heap leaching process.
