Pick-up and storage
(1) When the shaker is received, check whether the instructions, quality certificates, drawings and packing lists provided with the shaker are completely consistent with the order contract.
(2) According to the packing list, check the items in each packing box in detail. If the quantity is not complete, the appearance quality and the nameplate have problems, it should be corrected in time. After the items are unpacked, reseal the package to prevent loss or damage. Unpack the package when required.
(3) The shaker is equipped with a transportation fixture, which must be kept firm during transportation to prevent the rotation of the shaker swing block shaft, and must be used when the shaker is transported.
(4) The shaker must be stably stored in a dry area indoors and anti-corrosion measures taken before installation.
Maintenance.
Safety tips: Before starting any work on the shaker, it is necessary to ensure that the drive power is cut off and the equipment is stopped, that the system feed is cut off, and that safety production procedures are followed.
1 Daily check
(1) Observe and judge whether the working state of the exciter is normal.
(2) Pay attention to any possible loosening of the shaker, especially the loosening of the mounting bolts.
(3) Pay attention to abnormal noise of the exciter.
(4) Observe the abnormal temperature rise of the exciter.
(5) Check the seal leakage of the exciter.
(6) Any failure or damage must be immediately removed.
2 Weekly check-ups
(1) Check whether the working state of the exciter is normal.
(2) Check whether the temperature rise of the exciter shell and bearing is normal.
(3) Stop the machine to check any possible loosening of the exciter, especially the loosening of the mounting bolts.
(4) Stop to check whether the connection between the exciter and the drive shaft is normal.
(5) Check the abnormal noise of the exciter.
(6) Check the seal wear and leakage of the exciter.
(7) Any failure or damage must be immediately removed.
3 Monthly inspection
(1) Check the wear of eccentric swing block and counterweight plug block.
(2) Check the lubrication and wear of bearings and seals.
(3) Check the wear of the shaft and gear.
(4) Clean contaminated debris.
