Some self-employed households or farmers among many users of shale shakers need to screen some grains or relatively large particles. They don’t need too fine screening effect, and they don’t think it is expensive to buy shale shaker equipment. They want to make simple shale shakers themselves. Here, the shale shaker manufacturer recommends a method to make simple shale shakers:

1、Make a vibrating screen box that is similar to a cuboid, reserve the discharge port, and weld the discharge nozzle. Under the box, about 45 triangular drive plates are welded. (If one layer of screening is required, two discharge openings can be reserved)

2、 Weld a screen frame according to the width and length of the screen box, fix the screen on the screen frame e, and load the screen frame installed with the screen into the screen box

3、 Then weld a support (feed end) with front lower and rear higher (outlet), horizontally install a horizontal vibration motor on the box, and support 4 springs at 4 corners of the box, thus a simple vibrating screen is made

 The material motion track of horizontal vibrating screen is parabola forward motion.

  1. Screening materials

Linear vibrating screen equipment is applicable to materials with a particle size of 0.074-5mm, and the water content of materials cannot be greater than 7%. Only dry materials can be screened.

 

  1. Product structure

The structure of linear vibrating screen includes: screen mesh, screen box, dust cover, feed inlet, vibrating motor and discharge outlet.

Screen: mainly used for screening materials. There are many kinds of screen mesh size that can be installed according to different needs.

Screen box: The screen box is mainly used to hold the materials to be screened. The materials in the screen frame do parabolic movement on the screen screen under the action of the vibrating motor to achieve the screening purpose.

Dust cover: many users screen dry materials containing dust. In order to ensure that the dust does not spill, the manufacturer has developed a dust cover.

Material inlet/outlet: This is mainly used for the inlet of materials into the screen box as the material inlet, and the outlet is where the materials are discharged after screening.

Vibrating motor: Vibrating motor is widely used, while the vibrating motor of linear vibrating screen is mainly used for vibration, bringing animal materials to the screen to realize screening.
