Preparation
Before starting the installation of the vibrating screen, all factory materials must be carefully checked to ensure that they meet national standards. Since the vibrating screen is mainly made of metal, anti-rust measures are essential. At the same time, it is necessary to carefully check the parts in stock, and if there are rusty or aged seals, as well as damage that may occur during transportation, they should be replaced in time. 1. Install the support or hanging device: First, make sure that the ground has been shoveled and stepped on to prevent problems caused by uneven surface during use.
2. Connect the screen box with the support or hanging device: Adjust the screen box according to the specified inclination angle and connect it to the support or hanging device. For hanging screens, it is also necessary to adjust the inclination of the screen box and the horizontality of the main shaft at the same time.
3.Install the motor and triangular tape: When installing the motor, ensure that the foundation is leveled and horizontal correction is performed so that the center line of the corresponding groove of the motor coincides with the center line of the screen box. At the same time, the tension of the triangular tape should be properly adjusted to ensure that its tightness is moderate.
4. Install and fix the screen surface in accordance with regulations to ensure its stability.

Vibrating screen test run
After installation, the vibrating screen needs to be tested with an empty car to ensure its normal operation. The test run time shall not be less than 8 hours. During the test run, the vibration state of the screen box should be closely observed to ensure that it does not produce sway. At the same time, it is necessary to monitor the temperature change of the bearing. Within 4 hours after driving, the bearing temperature should gradually stabilize, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 75°C, and the temperature rise shall be controlled within 40°C. Once abnormal noise or a sharp rise in bearing temperature is found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection to confirm whether the shaft rotation and lubrication are in good condition. In addition, 2 to 4 hours after driving, the machine should be stopped to check whether the connecting parts are loose. After 8 hours of test run, if no fault occurs, it can be accepted.

After the test run of the vibrating screen, we also need to master its operating points to ensure that it can work continuously and stably. First of all, we should pay attention to the selection and installation of the screen. The selection of the screen should be determined according to the characteristics of the material, and it should be ensured to be flat and tight during installation. Secondly, the feed amount should be controlled during operation to avoid excessive or too small feed amount affecting the screening effect. At the same time, it is also necessary to check the lubrication condition regularly to ensure that the bearings are fully lubricated.
