Gold mining equipment can be divided into two categories according to the operating process: mining equipment and mineral processing equipment. Mining equipment is used for ore mining and transportation, and mineral processing equipment is used for gold extraction and refining. The specific equipment configuration needs to be determined according to the type of ore deposit (rock gold mine/placer gold mine) and process requirements.

1‌.Gold mining equipment.

‌Chain bucket gold panning ship: integrated with excavation chain bucket, drum screen and centrifuge unit, it can complete the integrated operation of excavation, screening and washing, especially suitable for gold mining in rivers and shallow sea areas, with excavation depth of 4-22 meters and daily processing capacity of 2000-5000m³. ‌‌

‌Mobile gold panning vehicle: equipped with hydraulic steering system and diesel generator, suitable for dryland mining terrain, processing capacity of 60-120m³/h, and fine gold recovery rate ≥90% through three-stage flushing system and centrifuge. ‌‌

2.Rock gold mining equipment.

‌Drilling machinery‌: including pneumatic rock drills, hydraulic drills, etc., used for blasthole drilling and blasting preparation.

‌Tunneling machinery‌: such as shaft boring machines and level tunneling machines, equipped with disc cutters or milling tools, used for underground tunnel construction. ‌‌

Ore dressing equipment

‌1.Crushing and grinding equipment‌.

‌Jaw crusher‌: used for coarse crushing of ore, processing hard rock with compressive strength of 320MPa, crushing ratio of 4-6, simple structure and easy maintenance

Cone crusher: As a secondary crushing equipment, the output particle size is 5-15 cm, and the crushing efficiency is 30% higher than that of the jaw crusher.

Ball mill: Grinds the ore to below -200 mesh, promotes the dissociation of gold and gangue minerals, has large processing capacity and stable grinding effect.

2.Sorting and enrichment equipment

Flotation machine: Applicable to sulfide gold-containing ores, it separates gold from other minerals through reagent adsorption. More than 80% of gold processing plants use this equipment.

Centrifuge: It uses centrifugal force to strengthen gravity separation, and can recover fine gold particles below 0.02mm, with an enrichment ratio of 1:1000.

Shaking table and chute: Through the separation of mineral density differences, the shaking table has a significant effect on the recovery of 0.074-0.5 mm fine gold, while the chute is suitable for the enrichment of coarse gold.

3.Leaching and smelting equipment

Cyanide leaching system: including stirring tank and desorption electrolysis device, used for low-grade oxide ore treatment, with gold leaching rate reaching over 85%.

Crucible smelting furnace: used for gold refining, producing mixed gold or finished gold through high-temperature smelting, with mature technology and controllable purity.

Auxiliary equipment

Screening equipment: Drum screens and vibrating screens are used for ore size classification, with a processing capacity of 100-500 tons/hour and a screening efficiency of over 85%.

Dehydration equipment: concentrators, filter presses, etc. are used to dehydrate slurry and reduce the water content of tailings for easy transportation.

Environmental protection equipment: sedimentation tanks and tailings treatment systems ensure that wastewater is discharged in compliance with standards and modern mine environmental protection requirements.
