Tsx linear vibrating screen's motion trajectory is a straight line. Under the combined force of the excitation and the weight of the material, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and moves forward in a linear, hopping motion, thereby screening and grading the material. It can be used for automated operations in assembly lines. It features low energy consumption, high efficiency, a simple structure, easy maintenance, a fully enclosed structure, and zero dust emission. With a maximum screening size of 325 mesh, it can screen seven different sizes of material. It is suitable for screening sand and gravel in quarries and is also used for product grading and dewatering in industries such as coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, power generation, and chemicals.
Screen plates are available in steel structure (including woven, slotted, punched, rod, and elastic bar screen plates) and all-polyurethane screen plates (including slotted and punched screen plates). Vibrators are available in the ZDQ series.
