Polyurethane Screen Deck 610 x 610 x 45 mm | TSX Screen
The TSX polyurethane screen deck is a flat 610 x 610 x 45 mm tension-free panel for fine wet screening on vibrating screens. The screen surface uses polyurethane frame, combining the open area of wire mesh with the wear life of polyurethane.

Typical Applications
- Fine wet screening of coal slurry and cleaned coal in coal preparation plants
- Classification and dewatering of fine minerals in ore dressing plants
- Aggregate and sand washing plants where fine cut points are required
Features
- Two standard apertures — 0.75 mm and 1.0 mm — cover the most common fine-separation duties; other openings on request
- SS304 wire resists corrosion in wash water and slurry service
- Rigid polyurethane frame keeps aperture geometry stable and seats squarely on the deck rails
- Interchangeable with the dam cross panel of the same size — see the dam cross panel when you need a 50 mm flow dam on the panel
FAQ
Which aperture should I choose, 0.75 mm or 1.0 mm?
Choose by your separation cut point and feed size distribution. As a rule the aperture is close to the desired separation size; our engineers can recommend the opening after reviewing your screen duty.
How long does a polyurethane screen deck last?
Service life depends on feed abrasiveness, solids content and screen motion. In coal slurry dewatering service, polyurethane panels typically last several times longer than woven steel cloth.
