After the first stage of crushing, the raw ore enters the double-layer vibrating screen for screening. The upper layer product is crushed again and then crushed together with the middle layer product for the second stage. The second stage crushing product returns to the first stage crushing product for screening again.
The final product after screening is ground by the first stage ball mill and forms a closed-circuit grinding with the grading mechanism. Its grading overflow enters the second stage ball mill for regrinding after grading by the cyclone, and then forms a closed-circuit grinding with the cyclone.
The cyclone overflow is first subjected to preferential flotation, and its foam product undergoes secondary and tertiary selection and finally becomes a concentrate product. The tailings after preferential flotation undergo a selection process of primary roughing, primary selection, secondary selection, tertiary selection, and primary scavenging. The tailings of the primary selection and the foam product of the primary scavenging enter the cyclone for re-classification and re-selection. The secondary selection and the primary selection constitute a closed-circuit selection, and the tertiary selection and the secondary selection constitute a closed-circuit selection.
