The working principle of TSX vibrating screen is to drive the screen vibration through the vibration of the vibration exciter and connect the two vibration exciters with an intermediate shaft so as to ensure the synchronous rotation of the left and right vibration exciters. The sieve then drives the sieve plate to vibrate, making the material move in a circle or straight line, and then separating the material.

RDQ single-axle exciter is simple in structure, light in weight, convenient in disassembly and assembly, and easy to maintain and maintain. TSX vibrating screens uses two kinds of vibration exciters, horizontal vibrating screens, banana vibrating screens, high-frequency screen and some flip-flop vibrating screen use ZDQ series two-axle vibration exciter, circular motion vibrating screen and some flip-flop vibrating screens use RDQ series single-axle vibration exciter, there are also two kinds of sieve bend, one is motor, the other is non-motor, the other is excitation motor for arc screen with motor.
