The linear vibration force acts continuously and cyclically on the screen body, causing the screen body to vibrate on the buffer spring. The screen body drives the screen surface to vibrate together, and after the material falls into the screen body from the inlet, it moves forward rapidly under the action of vibration force and passes through the screen surface loosely.
For circular vibrating screens, its vibration source is the vibration generated around the shaft, and the direction changes at any time, its power is centrifugal force, its working principle is that the vibrating screenss starts to do jumping motion by vibrating together, the motion track is circular, through vibration, the screen surface will also receive vibration force, the material on the screen surface will be screened out through the screen hole, the small material will reach the next layer, and the large material will stay on the screen surface.
