Analysis Of How The TSX Vibrating Screen Vibrates?

TSX vibrating screen in the screening process of sand and gravel production line because of its uniform feeding, can be coarse screening, widely used in coal, mineral processing, chemical, construction and other industries, feeder with, simple structure, easy maintenance, high efficiency, feeding strength, low noise and other characteristics.
For the vibration of each sieve, there will be a vibration source to drive the vibrating screens work, the screen plate on the vibrating screens will move together, so that the material above is thrown up, thus producing screening action, the following are two common vibrating screens vibration movement.
For the vibration of the linear screen to horizontal vibrating screen for example, the power is rotated, the belt drive mechanism adjusts the speed, and the driving force is transmitted to the main drive shaft through the secondary shaft pair, driving the exciter to run and producing linear vibration force.

The linear vibration force acts continuously and cyclically on the screen body, causing the screen body to vibrate on the buffer spring. The screen body drives the screen surface to vibrate together, and after the material falls into the screen body from the inlet, it moves forward rapidly under the action of vibration force and passes through the screen surface loosely.
For circular vibrating screens, its vibration source is the vibration generated around the shaft, and the direction changes at any time, its power is centrifugal force, its working principle is that the vibrating screenss starts to do jumping motion by vibrating together, the motion track is circular, through vibration, the screen surface will also receive vibration force, the material on the screen surface will be screened out through the screen hole, the small material will reach the next layer, and the large material will stay on the screen surface.
