1.Performance characteristics

AURY WSL horizontal vibrating centrifuge is specially designed to dehydrate small-particle coal in coal preparation  plants. The product fully draws on the advanced technology and successful experience of horizontal vibrating centrifuges  at home and abroad, starting from the overall parameter optimization of large horizontal vibrating centrifuges,  and using scientific finite element analysis software to optimize the vibration system and key components of large  horizontal vibrating centrifuges to improve the reliability of the whole machine.

Horizontal vibrating centrifuges have the advantages of high recovery rate, few wearing parts, low coal crushing rate,  large upper limit of feed particle size, low required plant height,  convenient maintenance and low power consumption per ton of coal.

The technical features of AURY WSL horizontal vibrating centrifuge are as follows:

(1) The sub-resonance linear vibration system is adopted, and the equipment has strong adaptability to the site;

(2) The new feeding and discharging structure is adopted to ensure smooth feeding and discharging,  strong feeding adaptability and large processing capacity;

(3) The rubber spring, new box-type structure, two-stage vibration, vibration motor are used as the excitation source,  and the integral support ensures that the machine has stable vibration performance and high overall rigidity.

(4) The mechatronic intelligent control of the equipment is realized to ensure that the equipment is easy to operate,  easy to maintain, and safe and reliable.

(5) All welded bodies are non-destructively tested before shot peening and painting by Australian welding quality  standard AS/NZS 1554.1:2011 and American Welding Society standard AWS D1.1 / D1.1 M. The centrifuge drain is located at the bottom of the centrifuge to ensure 100% tightness.

(6) Imported wear-resistant ceramic tiles are used to cover the entire inner surface of the centrifuge body,  including the centrifuge section and loading tank, providing complete protection against water and abrasion wear.

1.2 Working principle
How does centrifuge work?
The working principle of the machine: the material reaches the bottom of the screen basket through the feed pipe, and the material in the screen basket is pressed against the screen surface by the centrifugal force. Under the action of the vibration force, the material layer moves evenly to the large end of the screen basket, and the dehydrated material is thrown out from the large end of the screen basket and falls into the discharge port at the bottom of the casing. Under the action of centrifugal force, the moisture in the material passes through the material layer and the screen gap and is thrown around the casing, and flows along the inner wall to the drain port.

The high-speed rotation of the #centrifugescreenbasket is transmitted by the main motor through the V-belt pulley to drive the main shaft, and the flexible connection of the V-belt is used to block the vibration source to ensure the smooth operation of the main motor.

The vibration of the #screenbasket is achieved by two vibration motors installed on the square box. The reverse rotation of the two vibration motors causes the screen basket to vibrate in the horizontal direction, while the vertical forces offset each other. Due to the use of a two-stage vibration method, the square box and the support only produce a small vibration to produce a large amplitude on the screen basket, reducing the impact of harmful vibration on the foundation and other equipment and the environment.

The lubrication system lubricates and cools the rotating parts such as the spindle bearings and oil seals through centralized lubrication to ensure the normal operation of the system.
