How Does the Linear Vibrating Screen Classifier Work?

TSX linear vibrating screen classifiers use a straight line as the trajectory, and the material will be thrown up from the burnt surface under the action of its own weight and the exciting force provided by the vibrator, jumping forward and moving in a straight line, in this way to achieve Materials are screened and graded for purposes.

TSX linear vibrating screen classifiers can be automated in assembly line operations such as coal preparation plants.

The design of TSX linear vibrating screen classifiers greatly reduces energy consumption during operation.

Compared with the previous equipment, TSX linear vibrating screen classifiers have a relatively simple structure, which is not only easy to maintain and greatly improves work efficiency, but also has a fully enclosed structure to avoid dust spillage.

TSX linear vibrating screen classifiers are mainly aimed at medium-sized and large-sized materials. They not only have the function of grading, but also have the functions of dehydration, desliming and de-intermediation under certain conditions. The size of the material to be screened is in the range of 0-300 mm, and the maximum number of screened materials is 325 mesh.

TSX linear vibrating screen classifiers can screen materials in seven different sizes.

TSX linear vibrating screen classifiers drive system:

Drive assembly comprises 4 pole 3 phase motor, multi V-belt transmission and layshaft assembly. This allows the screen to pass through resonant frequency regions quickly. The motor is installed on guide rail to facilitate belt tensioning.  Belt pulleys are interchangeable to allow for operate frequency changes to be made. The layshaft assembly comprises layshaft, SKF bearing blocks, adapter sleeve, and bearing block seals, providing a reliable easily maintainable drive system.
