How Does The TSX Vibrating Screen Works?

2022-11-01 Visits:0

Nowadays, the content of coal slime in the products of coal industry is increasing, which contains a lot of water, bringing difficulties to the dewatering of coal slime. In the past, the investment in the water treatment of coal slime was large, which was not conducive to the control of production cost.

Now, high-frequency dewatering vibrating screen is used, which has the characteristics of large processing capacity, simple process system, etc., and can well dewater the coal slime. High frequency dewatering screen is a vibrating screen characterized by high frequency and high vibration intensity, which is suitable for wet separation and solid-liquid separation of fine materials.

Working principle of vibrating screen:

The particles larger than the sieve opening remain on the sieve surface, which is called the material above the sieve, and the particles smaller than the sieve opening pass through the sieve opening, which is called the material under the sieve. Feed the materials to be separated through the feed inlet (the feed inlet at the top of the circular vibrating screen) to ensure that the cover plate, screen mesh structure and base are fastened with snap rings.

Due to the unbalanced weight components, the vibrating motor will be energized, causing vibration movement, and the screen mesh will start to vibrate. Then, the materials fed into the hopper will pass through the screen according to the particle size, and the materials larger than the size of the screen mesh will be left on the screen surface and discharged from the coarse material outlet, Materials smaller than the mesh size fall into the lower layer. According to the design of the vibrating screen, you can configure 1-5 layers of screens to achieve particle size classification.

The working principle of high-frequency dewatering vibrating screen is to use high-frequency vibration to destroy the surface tension of the slurry, and fine particles will vibrate on the screen surface at a high speed to accelerate the separation of large density minerals, increasing the probability of contact between materials with smaller particle size and the screen hole.

Double vibrating motors or flange type vibrators, two motors are dragged outside to make the screen rotate in the opposite direction automatically and synchronously, making the screen body periodically reciprocating along the straight direction, Fine grained materials can be quickly screened out through the sieve openings to achieve the purpose of screening dehydration.
