The screening efficiency of TSX vibrating screen will be affected by factors such as material moisture content, difficulty in screening, material size, screening area, etc. Under the condition of not being affected by external factors, we can use some other methods to calculate the screening efficiency of TSX vibrating screen.
Screening efficiency is the main technological index to measure screening work. When screening materials, two kinds of materials can be obtained, namely, materials above and below the screen. In fact, the products on the screen will still contain fine particles that can be sieved. That is to say, the quality of fine particles under the screen must be less than the total quality of fine particles in the original feed.
In fact, it is very difficult to calculate screening efficiency by theoretical method. At present, the experimental method is usually used to determine the percentage of the undersize material content in the original feed, and then determine the percentage of the undersize level content in the materials above the screen, to calculate the screening efficiency.
In the ordinary screen machine, the boundary between coarse and fine particles is the size of the screen hole. For the probability screen, the size of the screen hole is much larger than the separation size. Therefore, when calculating the screening efficiency, the screening size is used as the boundary between coarse and fine particles.
Before leaving the factory, each screen machine of TSX vibrating screen shall be subject to various dynamic and static performance tests with professional instruments to ensure that the products are qualified. TSX vibrating screen is light in weight, low in energy consumption and maintenance free.
