How to draw a TSX Flip Flow Screen diagram?

Vibrating Screens As the primary equipment for the recovery and dewatering of coal, sand and minerals, the TSX Vibrating Screener provides efficient, high quality screening. It is the best choice for environments where large volumes of material need to be screened but space is limited, offering the benefits of efficient operation, simple operation and customizability. One of the products is the Flip Flow Screen, which has the ability to sieve viscous materials for classification, and has multiple layers of screen plates that can be selected according to the situation.

When working, the motor drives the exciter mounted on the main screen frame through the rotating device, and the exciter drives the main screen frame to make circular motion. At the same time, the main screen frame transmits the driving force to the floating screen frame through the rubber block, so that the floating screen frame also makes the corresponding movement.

Since the elastic force provided by the rubber block is 180° behind the phase angle of the main screen frame. This causes the floating frame and the main frame to move relative to each other, sometimes backwards and sometimes closer. In this way, the flexible screen plates mounted on the floating frame and the main frame at each end produce a slack motion.
The Flip Flow Screen consists of fixed screen frame, left and right side plates, fixed beam, spring support, back plate, floating screen frame, floating link, floating beam, rubber spring, drive system: motor, secondary shaft, universal shaft, machine base, excitation unit, screen surface, spring, etc. It is schematically shown as follows:
