TSX horizontal vibrating screen is a vibrating screen mainly used for classification, desliming and media removal. It is often used in coal yards to classify large and medium sized coal or non-coal materials.
The design of TSX horizontal vibrating screen depends on its working environment, screening materials, etc. As shown in the CAD model, its screen body adopts the finite element analysis method to design a reasonable structure, which can reduce resonance. Because it works in mines, coal yards and other places, and the environment is humid, the screen body surface uses high-quality HUCK ring groove rivets to clean and seal the assembly, to avoid the corrosion of wet materials on the bolt joint surface.
TSX horizontal vibrating screen body side plate side plate is designed without welding seam, and the HUCK rivet hydraulic tension assembly is selected to ensure that the overall structure has no residual stress, and the appearance is novel and beautiful. The exciting beam is designed as a box type, with all the main welds fully penetrated. Before assembly, its mating surfaces are precision machined with CNC machine tools, effectively ensuring the overall assembly quality of the screen machine.
In the CAD model, the vibration exciter of TSX horizontal vibrating screen adopts SKF special vibration bearing, which has super exciting force and long service life, light structure, good sealing, and fast heat dissipation.
As shown in the CAD model, the TSX horizontal vibrating screen is connected between two vibrators with an intermediate shaft to ensure synchronous rotation of the left and right vibrators.
