- Select the exciter
The vibration exciter is the core part of the whole vibrating screen, and it is needed to drive the vibration of the screen. Therefore, the poor handling capacity of the screen may be the inappropriate selection of the vibration exciter. Therefore, the exciter shall be selected according to the function, volume, and capacity of the vibrating screen.
- Adjust excitation force
The exciting force is in direct proportion to the processing capacity of the vibrating screen. If the exciting force is large, the processing capacity of the sieve is strong; If the exciting force is small, the processing capacity of the sieve will be weak.
However, excessive excitation force will also lead to the wear of the vibrator and the screen body of the vibrating screen, so certain adjustments should be made according to the role of the screen and the size of the materials.
- Improve sieve plate inclination
The inclination of the sieve plate is also closely related to the handling capacity of the sieve. When the inclination angle of the sieve is larger, the movement direction of the material will also change, becoming horizontal; When the inclination angle of the sieve is small, the movement direction of the material will become relatively vertical. The vertical amplitude can better distribute the materials evenly on the sieve plate.
