Products Description
The Banana Flip Flop Vibrating Screen can handle viscous and difficult-to-screen materials. It adopts the dual vibration principle, that is, with the help of resonance, a basic elliptical vibration drives the varicose of other one or more layers of floating beds, and the amplitude of the varicose vibration of the floating bed is much larger. Compared with the amplitude of traditional vibration equipment, it produces a large acceleration, thus effectively solving the problems of clogging of sieve plate holes and low screening efficiency.

Banana Flip Flop Vibrating Screen
Banana Screens:Available in single and double deck from 1.8m x 4.8m up to 4.8m wide and 8.5m long.
Suitable applications include: Coal, Iron Ore, Hard Rock mining products, Diamonds, Quarry products, Gold and other non Ferris metals, fertiliser, etc.
The material speed at the feeding end is fast, the material layer is thin, and the through-screening capacity of a large amount of materials is high. The screen surface at the discharge end has a low inclination angle and the material speed is slow. The remaining under-screened materials are thoroughly screened to achieve very high screening efficiency.
