Banana screen is a vibrating screen with box vibrator and a number of different tilt sieve plates, the main box shape is similar to bananas, mainly used for the classification of large and medium-sized materials with higher fine particle content, and can also be used for dehydration, desliming, desliming operations.
Banana screen is designed into banana-shaped multistage working surface on the basis of linear classifier. The feed end has a large oblique screen, and then gradually decreases at a certain Angle until the discharge port, and the overall screen surface is concave and curved. The inclined screen at the feed end allows more material to pass through the screen surface, screening speed is faster, and material layering is thinner.
Banana screen is used for sinter, coal, limestone, gravel, sand, metal or non-metallic ore and other materials screening, widely used in metallurgy, coal, building materials, refractory materials and other industries.
