High Frequency Vibrating Screen uses high frequency to destroy the surface tension of the slurry, making the fine particles vibrate at high speed on the screen, accelerating the separation of useful minerals with high density (specific gravity), and increasing the probability of contact between materials smaller than the separation size and the screen holes.
High frequency screens are generally slightly tilted and matched with slit screen plates to achieve the purpose of dehydration. The screen machine can be specially designed according to the special requirements of customers and provide on-site assembly. The side plates of the screen are made of ship plate AH32, which has high strength, good corrosion resistance, welding performance, processing and forming performance and surface quality.
