Functions of vibrating screen
The vibrating screen is mainly used to filter the powder or unqualified materials (too large or too small) in the materials and screen qualified and standard materials.
Before leaving the factory, the vibrating screen equipment needs to be assembled with precision solicitation and no-load test run, and can only leave the factory after all indicators are checked to be qualified. Therefore, after the equipment is shipped to the use site, the user should check whether the parts of the whole machine are complete and whether the technical documents are flawed according to the packing list and the shipping list of the complete set of equipment.
After the equipment arrives at the site, it shall not be directly placed on the ground, but shall be stably placed on flat sleepers, and the distance from the ground shall not be less than 250mm. If it is stored in the open air, it shall be covered with tarpaulin to prevent weather erosion.
The principle of high-frequency vibrating screen is different from that of ordinary screening equipment. Because the vibrating screen uses high frequency, on the one hand, it destroys the tension on the pulp surface and the high-speed vibration of fine materials on the screen surface, accelerates the useful minerals with large density and separation, and increases the probability of materials with smaller particle size to contact the screen hole.
