The purpose of the factory test of the vibrating screen is to check whether the parameters of the shale shaker meet the design requirements. General test is no-load.
There are many factory test methods for vibrating screen. Take appropriate sensors, convert different source signals into appropriate electrical signals, and then use different software to process and divide data analysis. Of course, if the conditions are limited, some test items can be completed by relatively simple methods.
- Amplitude and direction angle test Under the condition that the vibration frequency is constant, the amplitude is marked by the vibration intensity of the sieve. The purpose of amplitude test is to check whether the average amplitude of the four corners of the screen meets the design requirements, whether the left and right amplitudes of the feed end of the screen are consistent with the left and right amplitudes of the discharge end, and whether the average amplitude of the feed end is too different from the average amplitude of the discharge end.
Due to the errors in the design (especially the calculation of the center of gravity) of the vibrating screen and the manufacturing process, the amplitude of the four corners of the vibrating screen is not completely equal. It is generally required that the amplitude difference between the two points at the feeding end and the two points at the discharging end of the vibrating screen
The difference of amplitude shall not be greater than 0.5mm; Feeding end A B The correlation between the average amplitude of two points and the average amplitude of two points at the discharge end shall not be greater than 1mm. In this way, the materials will not deviate during screening, and the screen frame will not be subject to torsional vibration. The vibration intensity of the screen frame is nearly the same everywhere, which is beneficial to the overall life of the screen frame.
For linear vibrating screen, the projection angle is between 40~60 degrees. The small ejection angle makes the material run faster, the processing capacity is large, and the large ejection angle makes the material run slower, but the screening efficiency is high and the process effect is good. Amplitude and projection angle can be tested by visual indicator of amplitude and direction angle.
2、 The vibration frequency test is relatively accurate. The vibration sensor can be selected and placed at the appropriate position of the screen frame. Through the collection and analysis of the working vibration signal of the screen frame, the output display is relatively accurate_ Operating frequency. A relatively simple method is to use a revolution meter to directly read out the operating frequency of the sieve by measuring the motor speed and pulley speed.
3、 The resonance amplitude test during parking is accurate. A simple test is to stick a piece of white paper on the side plate of the simple frame, then hold a ball point pen in your hand, vertically stick it to the paper surface, and the ball point pen is fixed. The parking resonance track can be drawn on the white paper, and the resonance amplitude of the screen when it stops can be known by measuring the track length.
