What Is Polyurethane Panel Screen?

Isocyanate is one of the main raw materials for the production of polyurethane. Polyurethane is a class of polymers containing urethane-type repeating structural units on the main chain of macromolecules, commonly known as polyurethane. Referred to as polyurethane (English name is Polyurethane, referred to as PU). It is made of mono- or poly-organic isocyanate and polyhydric alcohols (including polyether polyols and polyester polyols) as the main raw materials through gradual addition polymerization.

The main properties of polyurethane are: wear resistance, oil resistance, cold resistance, acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance, impact resistance, light weight, and strong adhesion to metal, ceramics, wood and other materials. Polyurethane has a wide range of applications, and there are many types of products, which can be divided into two categories: polyurethane  vibrating screen and polyurethane screen plate.

Polyurethane foam includes soft foam, semi-rigid foam and rigid foam. Non-foaming polyurethane includes elastomer, synthetic leather and artificial leather, adhesives , coatings, fibers, etc. Polyurethane is known as the fifth largest plastic, and products made of polyurethane usually have the characteristics of light weight, toughness, durability, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Polyurethane materials have gradually replaced traditional materials in various fields, and their architectural applications mainly include the following aspects:

1. Polyurethane coatings The main function of coatings is to protect the surface of various items. This requires that the coating should meet the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, waterproof, etc., and can be applied to the surface of various materials. Polyurethane coatings perform well and can be applied to surfaces ranging from metal, to concrete, to wood.
