Cages for SKF special bearings are made of pressed steel, light in weight, highly resistant to shock and acceleration, and low in temperature requirements. Most of the pressed steel cages are made of hot-rolled low-carbon steel plates. The selection of seals has a great influence on whether the bearing can play its required role.
The contact type oil seal is suitable for the occasion with heavy pollution, which can better maintain the lubricating grease. It is not suitable for the field meeting of high speed and low friction. The sealing coil is placed in the four grooves of the outer coil, which can provide good sealing effect and will not cause deformation of the outer ring. It is made of oil resistant and abrasion resistant nitrile rubber (NBR) with steel skeleton.
The vibration exciter of TSX vibrating screen adopts SKF special vibration bearing, which has super large excitation force and long service life, light structure, good sealing and fast heat dissipation. The sieve plate has a large opening rate, the screen gap is not easy to block, the screening efficiency is high, the wear resistance service life is long, and the disassembly is convenient.
It also allows Mifeng lip to run dry for a short time, and the allowable operating temperature range is 40 to+100 degrees Celsius. For a short time, it can allow temperatures up to+120 degrees Celsius. At higher temperatures, the material hardens.
