The screen mesh of TSX ordinary vibrating screen is made of metal wire or polyurethane, with uniform and stable air holes on the surface and industrial fabrics with screening and filtering functions. The mesh of the screen is customarily called the mesh. The grid is composed of a group (or groups) of parallel metal bars and frames. It is used to intercept large particles of materials.
The size of TSX screen is usually expressed by the number of holes (mesh) per unit length, and by the width of each hole. Chinese national standards are expressed in the number of holes per cm, such as 20 holes per cm. The sieve plate used for TSX vibrating screen has high opening rate, higher screening efficiency, long service life and convenient disassembly of polyurethane frame.
The size of materials that can be retained by the grid varies greatly with the spacing of the selected grid bars. The principle is not to block. There is a grid on the bar feeder to prevent large particles from entering the vibrating screen, so it has the function of prescreening.
Before leaving the factory, each TSX screen machine shall be tested for various dynamic and static performance with professional instruments to ensure that the products are qualified. TSX vibrating screen is light in weight, low in energy consumption and maintenance free.
