Application: Level 2 motor is also often referred to as high-frequency vibration motor due to its high speed and low amplitude. It is generally used in scenarios with high frequency dehydration, high frequency compaction and other needs. The application equipment in the vibrating screen industry mainly includes high-frequency dehydration screen, vibration platform, etc.
- Four stage TSX vibrating screen motor
Rotating speed: the rotating speed of the motor of the four-stage TSX vibrating screen is 1450 rpm, belonging to the motor series with medium vibration and double amplitude of 4-6 mm
Application: Since the vibration frequency and amplitude of the four-stage vibration motor determine the speed of materials, it is more suitable for the vibration conveying of materials. In screening equipment, it is mainly used in fine screening models such as rotary vibrating screen.
- Six stage TSX vibrating screen motor
Rotating speed: the rotating speed of the six-stage TSX vibrating screen motor is 960 rpm, and the double amplitude is 6-12mm
Application: Six stage TSX vibrating motor is a common motor stage of screening equipment. It is suitable for linear vibrating screen, light mining vibrating screen, pulverized coal vibrating screen and other screening equipment, mainly used for material classification, long-distance transportation and lifting and other scenarios.
Note: The number of vibration motors installed on different equipment is also different.
