- Bar sieve plate

Bar screen surface is generally used for fixed screen or heavy vibrating screen, and is suitable for screening coarse materials with particle size greater than 50mm.
- Perforated sieve plate
Punching sieve plate is generally formed by punching round, square or rectangular sieve holes on a 5-12mm thick steel plate. Compared with the sieve plate with round or square sieve openings, the sieve surface with rectangular sieve openings usually has larger effective area, lighter weight and higher productivity, which is suitable for processing materials with higher moisture content, but the separation accuracy of screening is poor.
- Woven mesh sieve plate:
The screen plate of woven mesh is woven with metal wire with bent buckle, and the screen hole is square or rectangular. The utility model has the advantages of light weight and high opening rate; In addition, during the screening process, due to the elasticity of the metal wire, the high frequency vibration will make the fine materials stuck on the steel wire fall off, thus improving the screening efficiency. It is suitable for screening medium and fine materials. But its disadvantage is its short service life.
The screen surface of woven mesh is divided into coarse hole and fine hole. The material for making coarse mesh woven screen mesh is low carbon structural steel.

1.6-12.5mm. The fine hole woven mesh is generally made of low carbon steel, brass, tin, tin surface copper and stainless steel, etc., with a special knitting machine. The opening ratio is 36% – 80%, and the mesh size is:

- Slit sieve plate
The slit screen plate is made of stainless steel as the screen bar, and there are three types of structure: threading type, welding type and braided type. The cross section of the slit sieve plate is round, and the slit width can be 0.25mm, 0.5mm
