What Is The Working Principle Of TSX Eccentric Shaft Vibrating Screen?

The TSX vibrating screen with eccentric shaft is the TSX circular motion vibrating screen. Rolling bearings are used on both sides of the screen body of the circular vibrating screen, and the two ends of the eccentric driver are installed in the rolling bearings. A disc is equipped on both sides of the shaft, which is called the eccentric wheel. A belt is used to connect the eccentric wheel and the motor.

The working principle of the TSX eccentric shaft circular vibrating screen is that the eccentric shaft rotates constantly during operation. When the eccentric distance moves upward, the screen rises, and the materials on the screen are thrown up and loose. When the eccentric distance moves downward, the screen drops, and the thrown materials fall back to the screen surface by weight.

The materials on the screen surface are thrown up and down for many times, so that the fine particles smaller than the screen hole fall under the screen through the sieve plate, and the coarse particles larger than the screen hole are discharged from the end of the screen as products on the screen, to achieve the goal of screening materials with various particle size compositions into products with different particle size levels.
