The rubber type vibrating screen is a self synchronous heavy screen with equal thickness. The screen beam is a box shaped beam. The vibration exciters are connected by the intermediate transmission shaft. It is widely used in coal classification, desliming, dehydration and disintermediation, as well as screening treatment in mining and dressing operations with large quantities of materials.

The universal connecting shaft is connected to the vibration exciter by the connecting wheel, so as to eliminate the changes in the connection length and axis angle caused by the vibration of the shale shaker.

One or two pedestal type vibration exciters are used for the vibration exciter, and grease lubrication or thin oil lubrication is used for the vibration exciter.
