There are seven types of TSX vibrating screens: TSX horizontal vibrating screen, TSX banana vibrating screen, TSX flip-flop screen, TSX high-frequency screen, TSX circular motion vibrating screen, TSX arc screen, and TSX grizzly feeder. There are four kinds of horizontal vibrating screen, banana vibrating screen, circular motion vibrating screen and grizzly feeders.
TSX horizontal vibrating screen and TSX banana vibrating screen can use steel structure screen plate (knitting, punching, slot, etc.) and all polyurethane screen plate, so their functions are desliming, disintermediation and grading of large and medium sized materials.
The panel used for TSX circular motion vibrating screen are perforated panel, bar panel and woven panel. The hole diameter of these three panels can reach 50 mm, so TSX circular motion vibrating screen is usually used for grading primary and secondary materials. TSX grizzly feeder is used for bar screen plate. The hole diameter of bar screen plate exceeds 50mm, so it is generally used for feeding and prescreening.
Before leaving the factory, each screen machine of TSX vibrating screen shall be subject to various dynamic and static performance tests with professional instruments to ensure that the products are qualified. TSX vibrating screen is light in weight, low in energy consumption and maintenance free.
