Discharge End Panel 610 x 305 x 45 mm | TSX Screen
The discharge end panel is a half-size polyurethane panel — 610 × 305 × 45 mm — that closes the discharge edge of a dewatering screen. Its built-in 60 mm discharge lip guides the dewatered solids cleanly off the deck while protecting the most exposed edge of the panel deck from wear.

Function on the Screen
- Edge protection — the last row of a dewatering screen takes the highest sliding wear; the solid polyurethane body outlasts steel wear plates and protects the deck structure.
- Controlled discharge — the 60 mm lip dams residual water and directs the cake or sand heap toward the chute instead of letting it spill under the screen.
- Module match — two of these half-size panels fill one 610 mm row and pair with the screen deck, dam cross panel and impact panel modules.

FAQ
How many discharge end panels do I need per screen width?
The panel is 610 mm wide, so screen widths in multiples of 610 mm take two panels per row (each row 610 mm deep = 2 × 305 mm). Send us your deck width and we will work out the layout.
Can the discharge lip height be customised?
Yes. 60 mm is our standard moulding; other lip heights and panel depths can be produced to drawing.
