Polyurethane Screen Rail - 6-Hole & 8-Hole | TSX Screen
The screen rail is the support beam that carries the row of screening panels on a vibrating screen deck. TSX screen rails combine a Steel Q355 core with a polyurethane cover (Shore A 90 ± 5): the steel carries the load, the polyurethane takes the wear of slurry and panel movement, and the panel edge rides on a wear surface that outlasts bare steel many times over. Available in 6-hole and 8-hole versions to match different panel counts and screen models.

Why a Polyurethane-Covered Rail Pays for Itself
- Wear where it matters: the panel edge and slurry attack the rail surface first. The PU cover absorbs this wear; when a rail section is finally worn, you replace a rail — not the deck structure.
- Steel Q355 core: keeps the rail straight and rigid under bolt clamp load and deck vibration.
- Shore A 90 ± 5 surface: hard enough to resist abrasion and panel edge cutting, resilient enough not to crack under impact.
- Standard 18 mm holes: fixed with our M16 × 50 screen rail bolts (Huck type) for a vibration-proof connection.
Applications
- Deck rails for coal dewatering, desliming and medium-drain screens
- Support rails under polyurethane screen panels — flat, dam, impact and discharge end panels
- Fine-screening machines in mineral processing plants and aggregate quarries
FAQ
How do I choose between the 6-hole and 8-hole rail?
It follows your screen model and the number of panels in the row. Send us the screen model or a photo of the existing rail with the panel row — our engineers will match the version and quote within 24 hours.
Can I get rails to a non-standard length or hole pattern?
Yes. Rails are produced to the screen deck layout; send us your drawing or the used rail for reference and we will manufacture to match. Custom mark numbers on request.
What bolts do the rails use?
M16 × 50 galvanized lock bolts — see our screen rail bolts, supplied as a matched set with the rails.
