Screen Deck 610 x 610 x 45 mm — 0.75 mm and 1.0 mm Polyurethane Panels

Polyurethane screen panels are the wear parts that keep a vibrating screen producing. TSX Screen manufactures a complete range of polyurethane screen panels and spare parts for fine screening and dewatering in coal preparation plants, ore dressing plants and aggregate quarries — including the standard screen deck 610 x 610 x 45 mm in 0.75 mm and 1.0 mm aperture, dam cross panels, impact panels and discharge end panels.

Polyurethane screen deck panel 610 x 610 x 45 mm with SS304 wire mesh and polyurethane frame for vibrating screens

Our Polyurethane Screen Panel Range

  • Polyurethane screen deck — flat 610 x 610 x 45 mm panels with 0.75 mm or 1.0 mm aperture, SS304 screen wire, for fine wet screening.
  • Dam cross panel — same panel body with a 50 mm polyurethane dam that controls slurry flow and bed depth across the deck.
  • Impact panel — full-polyurethane panel with a 45 mm impact zone, installed at the feed point to absorb material impact.
  • Discharge end panel — 610 x 305 x 45 mm end panel with a 60 mm discharge lip for controlled solids discharge.
  • Polyurethane screen rail — 6-hole and 8-hole support rails, Steel Q355 core with polyurethane cover (Shore A 90 ± 5), 18 mm fixing holes.
  • Screen rail bolt (Huck type) — M16 x 50 galvanized lock bolt, carbon steel, vibration-proof rail and cross member fixing.

Why Polyurethane Screen Panels

  • Longer wear life — polyurethane resists abrasion far better than woven steel cloth in wet, fine-screening service, especially with abrasive slurry.
  • Consistent apertures — moulded openings keep the cut accurate over the panel’s life, so product sizing stays stable.
  • Less blinding — the flexible polyurethane surface and SS304 wire help near-size particles pass instead of pegging the deck.
  • Lower noise — polyurethane panels run noticeably quieter than steel decks.
  • Lighter panels — a 610 x 610 mm deck weighs about 17 kg, reducing the moving mass on the screen body.

OEM Fitment & Custom Panels

The panels shown here are the standard sizes used on TSX vibrating screens. We also manufacture polyurethane panels to customer drawings: other frame sizes, aperture profiles, dam heights, fixing systems and hook strips are all available. Custom mark numbers can be assigned for plant spare-part management.

FAQ

What aperture sizes are available for the 610 x 610 mm polyurethane screen deck?

Standard production covers 0.75 mm and 1.0 mm apertures. Other openings can be moulded to order — send us your separation size and we will confirm the aperture.

What wire is used in the screen mesh?

The screen wire is SS304 stainless steel with a tensile strength of at least 520 MPa; the surrounding frame is polyurethane with tensile strength of at least 30 MPa.

Do you supply panels for non-TSX screens?

Yes. Panels are moulded to the customer’s drawing or to a sample panel, so they fit most brands of vibrating screens and dewatering screens.
